Group sizes range from 4 to 30+, each event is personalised to the occasion (artwork, palette, canvas size), and all materials, setup and cleanup are included. Dolce Arty private events sit somewhere between a guided class and a creative dinner party. We bring everything you need — canvases sized for the occasion, paints in your preferred palette, easels, aprons and protective coverings — and run a guided session that's relaxed enough for conversation but structured enough that everyone leaves with an artwork they actually like.
Hen parties and bridal showers are our most-requested format — we'll theme the canvases around the couple, work in personal references, and often paint a keepsake portrait of the bride. Milestone birthdays (30th, 40th, 50th) come next, followed by ladies' nights, date nights, baby showers, and farewell parties for expat friends leaving Dubai.
Every booking starts with a 15-minute call to understand the occasion, the guests, and what kind of evening you want — quieter and focused, or louder and looser. From there we propose the artwork, palette, canvas size and session length. Common customisations include painting the same composition in a guest's chosen colour, including a personal photo or symbol in each piece, or creating one large group artwork everyone contributes to.
We provide everything related to the painting — canvases, paints, brushes, easels, aprons, floor coverings, all setup and breakdown. You provide the space, food and drinks. If you're hosting at a hired venue we coordinate directly with the venue manager on access and setup logistics so you don't have to.

No, we don't supply alcohol. You provide the drinks, we provide the painting experience. Many private events follow a paint-and-sip format and we're set up for it.
